我怎么知道我欠多少钱?

Student billing statements for Fall 2024 将 be available online through CASHNET 8月2日. 在“声明”选项卡中, go to ‘View your 计费 Statement’ and the balance owed 将 be indicated next to the ‘“现在到期金额”.

NOTE: Students on financial aid who received their aid package after August 2 should contact student accounts for an updated estimate of their “amount due now”.

On your billing statement, you 将 see ‘expected financial assistance’ on the bottom left corner. This is sum of your expected financial aid for fall. This aid has already been deducted from your owed total. See 金融援助 below for additional financial aid & 比尔的问题.

My charges show full-time tuition, but I am enrolled part-time. 我如何更新这个?

学费 charges for all students are based on full-time enrollment. Part-time tuition charges 将 be updated after the 10^th day of the semester when enrollment/registration is considered ‘locked’.

Students on aid should also check with 金融援助 to inquire about updated to aid if enrolled part-time.

My charges show the 学生健康保险计划(SHIP), but I have my own insurance. 我该如何从账单中扣除这笔费用?

All students are automatically enrolled in SHIP every year until proof of comparable coverage is provided and a waiver is submitted. 放弃是一种选择 年度过程. You may waive out if you have a comparable policy with a private insurance company. 的放弃门户 is available to all students to submit a waiver by September 13, 2024. This 将 reflect in CASHNet within a few days of submitting and 将 reflect on your next billing statement.

I have requested adjustments to my account, when 将 they be updated on my statement?

All Pitzer Students must complete our Student Payment Form. This documents that the student has been made aware of and acknowledges our payment policies. You may obtain your Student Payment Form on your 学生门户 under “Student Forms” – OnBase SSO. Please have this completed by August 1st,2024.

On our Student Payment Form, there are two options for payment. Should you wish to opt for our monthly payment plan, check the box and your four installments 将 be due August 20th, 9月20日, 10月20日, 11月20日. You 将 find this on your 学生门户 under “Student Forms” – OnBase SSO.

为什么我的账单上没有我的勤工俭学?

Work-study is earned through on-campus employment and is 不 paid directly to your student account. Students who find on-campus employment are paid every other Friday for their time worked and the pay goes to the student directly. It is up to the student and/or their family to decide how to use those earnings.

为什么我的贷款不在我的账单上?

Loans must be accepted before they are applied to your student account. 使用自助协议 to either accept, decline or reduce your loan. 如果你接受贷款, 金融援助将 send updated information to 学生账户 within two to three business days after receiving this form. If you decline your loan, no updates are sent.

If I submit my aid documents now, 将 my bill be updated?

No. It usually takes a few days for financial aid to receive any documents you upload to IDOC. In addition, billing statements are only updated once a month. 为了得到你的““现在到期金额”, you 将 have to contact 学生账户 after you receive your aid package.
